- Conducting RSO Audits on timely basis & ensuring “0” Noncompliance
- Co-ordinating with plant for the billed vehicles which are in RFD mode
- Co-ordination with accounts department to ensure timely payments to transporters.
- Analysis of billed but not dispatched vehicles and follow up with transporters to move the BBND vehicles at earliest
- Getting specific MIS from field team to ensure smooth operation
- Monitoring transit time & delivery performance analysis based on the different distances.
