Internal Audit

• Journal posting for Salary, OT and Other staff welfare expenses for every month.
• Liability booking for Non PO items.
• Conduct Plant, Depot & CFA Stock audit on monthly & Quarterly basis.
• Reconciliation of Quarterly plant stock report.
• Making corrective stock adjustments based on Management approval.
• Conduct an audit based on Data Analytics.
• Identify route cause to the Excess and short consumption and suggest corrective actions
• Material master and shelf-life Study for the RM/PM/FG Material to ensure the FIFO and highlight the deviation to Management.
• Prepare Audit findings report and send to Consent Auditees
• Material movement analysis

Internal Audit

• Checking out all the operational activities and stock verifications of the Company.
• Consumption cost of such products at each batch
• Maintaining cash book, bank book and BRS on regular basis
• Audit of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• · Reconciliation of all receipts and Payments of outstanding position and preparation of Aging Reports for Debtors and Creditors outstanding.
• Preparation GRN process of MIRO & Payment.
