- Responsible for Stores and Goods In area, supervising for personnel, ensuring correct and timely receipt, issue and control of stock.
- Ensure all piece parts are kept in a safe and secure manner.
- Inventory Management controlled by daily and periodical inventory audit.
- Material Delivered as per the division lead time.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Following FIFO for Shelf-life Materials and training to team
- Maintain the location accuracy and tractability

Internal Audit
- Journal posting for Salary, OT and Other staff welfare expenses for every month.
- Liability booking for Non PO items.
- Conduct Plant, Depot & CFA Stock audit on monthly & Quarterly basis.
- Reconciliation of Quarterly plant stock report.
- Making corrective stock adjustments based on Management approval.
- Conduct an audit based on Data Analytics.
- Identify route cause to the Excess and short consumption and suggest corrective actions
- Material master and shelf-life Study for the RM/PM/FG Material to ensure the FIFO and highlight the deviation to Management.
- Prepare Audit findings report and send to Consent Auditees
