Delivered Solera’s first Visual Intelligence (VI) rollout in the Netherlands, onboarding 5 leading insurers, leasing companies, and enabling adoption across 80% of participating repair networks, achieving fully automated damage assessment workflows, and reducing manual claim review effort from 45 minutes to 5 minutes per claim.

Successfully implemented PEPPOL e-Invoicing across Belgium market solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling standardized electronic invoicing workflows between insurers, repairers, and ecosystem partners.

• Led the first Visual Intelligence (VI) pilot implementation in Belgium with the country’s largest insurer, establishing the foundation for AI-driven damage assessment and digital claims automation within the Belgian market.
