I have worked with leading companies such as JK Lakshmi Cement and UltraTech Cement, managing various products and segments, such as grey cement, white cement, wall care putty, and ready-mix concrete (RMC).

As the deputy manager of value-added products (VAP) at JK Lakshmi Cement, I am responsible for overseeing the sales and customer relationship management (CRM) of RMC in Ahmedabad. I lead a team of sales executives and coordinate with the technical and operational teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of RMC to our clients. I also develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction in the competitive RMC segment.
