• Senior Project Manager, India lead and global co-lead in charge of oversight on a multi billion dollar project covering all sub asset classes in the alternative investment space.
• Previously India lead Incharge of managing expense and treasury functions for Alternative investment funds, REITs, Private equity funds and other strategies in the $400 Billion alternative investment business
• Responsible for coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders and fund managers across regions on the various treasury functions and support from acquisition to liquidation.
• Actively involved in IA solutions and process enhancements, in the current role implemented two first of its kind solutions in the asset management alternative investments space leveraging UI Path and EDDI (Amazon Textract) for auto expense processing and data extraction from PDFs which translated to a 50% efficiency and significant headcount saves. Was awarded the prestigious Impact award and CEO award for this and received the same in person from the CEO - JP Morgan India and Manila.
• Functional manager to a team of TLs and Associates in addition to being the site lead for the Bangalore location
• Responsible for making sure an effective control framework is in place and adhered to, due diligence and end to end maintenance of records and a proper documentation framework in place.
• Also involved in long term reports and analyses on trends along with initiating projects on Data consolidation system uplifts.
• Active participant in multiple BRGs and leadership forums across the firm, involved in driving volunteerism and multiple CSR initiatives.
