• As a Compliance Officer, my role was to conduct compliance of Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals candidate for Medacs Global Group (MGG) .

• Managed compliance for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals according to NHS trust framework and guidelines at Medacs Global Group (MGG).

• Ensured operational practices and contracts aligned with NHS framework agreements, emphasizing patient care, data handling, and staff qualifications.

Audit Officer   

02/2019 - 07/2022 

• My role as Audit officer was to conducting the Portfolio Audit of working capital loans for onward lending taken by NBFCs, MFIs and HFCs which deals in different loan products such as MSME/SME loan, Personal Loan, Two Three wheeler Loan, Used Car loan, MFIs and HFCs in form of Term Loan, Advanced Funding Facility, Partnership Agreement, Co-Lending, Direct Assignment and Paid to Capital (PTC) from MAS Financial Services Ltd.

• Planned and scheduled audits within specified timeframes, coordinating with higher authorities of different departments of NBFCs, MFIs, and HFCs.

• To verify hypothecated book debt to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• To verify and review all the documents of borrowers as per our checklist.

• Scrutinized repayment entries in ledgers for Non-Performing Assets (NPA) to ensure financial accuracy.

• Conducted thorough field investigations of branches and borrowers to assess operations and compliance.

• Verified MIS system to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

• Ensured compliance with RBI and NBH guidelines in the disbursal of loans.

• Prepared comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations, contributing to process improvement.

• Provided training sessions to new joiners, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
