JOB PROFILE:


RESPONSIBILITIES: As Senior Process Executive -
• Responsible for Audit, underwriting for US mortgage And loan file accuracy.
• The task of reviewing transaction report based on processing part and validation of transaction and overall auditing.
• Ensuring all SLA (Service Level Agreements) and audit requirements are met for the team. Timely deliverance weekly and monthly closing activity.
• Responsible for Reconciled the bank statement with transaction report.
• Responsible for Automated underwriting system (AUS) generated amount should match with calculated underwriting amount with all endorsement.
• Immediate escalation for issues which are not in control and work on it until it get resolve with the proper solution with the help of SME (subject matter expert).

Daily Activity:

• Transaction validation on the basis of processing part and quality check based on Daily processing report.
• Weekly interactions with client for any process regarding update.
• Daily working on correction part whichever errors are marked by the client.


Monthly Activities:

• Make sure all the transaction validate within a deadline with respective states. In Complex process and finalization of purge report.
• Analyze transaction reports with specific states and provide accurate and reconciled final report to client within timelines.
• Work on VSM (value stream mapping) for preparing process flow.

• Review US Mortgage loan file for completeness and accuracy
• Confirm application information against all documents
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae
• Knowledge of 4'Cs
• Analysis credit document, credit history & title document CPL, E&O, Wiring instruction, flood cert, tax cert, Appraisal Report
• Worked on title document
• Review the eligibility of Borrower
• Evaluate Debt ratio, Loan to value ratio, Credit score, Property valuation
• Identify underwriter/Data Discrepancies.
• Identify risk factor including fraud red flags to determine or verify misrepresentation. (EX: Property flipping case)
• Review and clear the conditions on the loan file
• Condition file for missing /supporting documentation as needed Remain current with Regulation changes from government / State agencies as well as policy changes GSE, (Government sponsored Enterprise) and other state affecting the loan production process.
• Test system updates as well as system changes as they occur.
• Complete all required training for underwriting.
