  • Siemens AG - Currently working as a Project Manager for Transition and Transformation of Siemens AG IT Infrastructure from on-premise to Cloud Infrastructure using Azure and AWS platforms. The scope is to implement Managed Public Cloud Operations (MPCO) and Application Operation Services (using ServiceNow ITSM and Discovery) to provision, run and support the public cloud environment. The Total T&T cost of the project is Є 2.8M which is currently in the initiation phase. Also working as a Lead PM for Siemens Tooling Rationalization project which includes GCE, BizTalk, CSED migration to DataGateway and decommissioning of legacy tools. During H2 2022 worked as a Project Manager for Transition & Transformation of 8 on-premise SAP systems located in 5 geographical zones to Azure Cloud. Scope of the project includes migration of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) Reporting, Billing, Security Incidents, E2E Automation etc. Currently IMO Phase is Completed and waiting to kickstart FMO Phase with the new contract. - [H1 2022 - Till Date]
  • Baylor Scott & White Health - Currently working as a Project Manager for Transition,Transformation & Automation of BSWH IT infrastructure using ServiceNow, Solarwinds and Automation Tools like Splunk ITSI, Ansible Tower, Microfocus NA.
