1. Wastewater Treatment Plant Design & Engineering

• Prepare design and detailed engineering drawings for wastewater treatment plants, and management of projects.
• Develop process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and detailed engineering drawings .
• Design treatment systems for industrial and municipal wastewater , including biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes.
• Optimize treatment processes to achieve regulatory discharge standards and water reuse objectives.

2. Engineering Drawings & Technical Documentation

• Prepare and review layout drawings, equipment drawings, piping layouts, and civil drawings for wastewater treatment facilities.
• Develop technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering documentation required for project implementation.

3. Project Execution & Plant Installation

• Manage execution and erection activities of wastewater treatment plants at project sites.
• Supervise equipment installation, mechanical erection, and pipeline installation .
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams during plant construction.

4. Plant Commissioning & Start-up

• Lead testing, commissioning, and start-up operations of wastewater treatment plants.
• Monitor process performance and optimize treatment efficiency.
• Train operational teams for plant operation and maintenance (O&M) .

5. Water Sustainability & Water Neutrality Projects

• Develop and implement Water Neutrality and Water Sustainability Projects for industries and institutions.
• Design water recycling, reuse, and conservation systems to reduce freshwater consumption.
• Prepare water balance studies and water management strategies for sustainable operations.

6. Environmental Compliance & Consulting

• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide expert support in liquid waste management and pollution control systems .

7. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

• Provide expert consultancy on EPR compliance for Plastic Waste.

1. Environmental Regulatory Compliance

• Preparation and coordination of Environmental Clearance (EC) documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and pollution control norms issued by the Central Pollution Control Board and State Pollution Control Boards.
• Preparation and submission of applications on the EC portal (e.g., MPCB, PARIVESH, etc.) and attending meetings of the State and Central Expert Committees for EC projects.
• FAA for the water and wastewater and Air pollution of NABET.

2. Wastewater Treatment Plant Design and DPR preparation

• Design and engineering of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) .
• Preparation of process design calculations, layouts, engineering drawings, and system specifications .
• Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for environmental infrastructure projects including wastewater treatment and pollution control systems.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and technical evaluation for environmental projects.
• Preparation of Wastewater Treatment Plant adequacy, feasibility, validation, and re-validation reports for sugar and distillery projects.

3. Air & Water Pollution Control

• Evaluate and ensure adequacy of Air Pollution Control Devices (APCD) and Water Pollution Control Devices (WPCD) in industrial facilities.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve pollution control efficiency.

4. Environmental Inspection and Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct industrial inspections and environmental compliance assessments .
• Participate in inspections of grossly polluting industries (GPIs) along with officials from the Central Pollution Control Board and the State Pollution Control Boards in the Ganga River and Yamuna River basin regions. (Sugar, Distillery, Textile, chemical, electro-plating, fertilizers sectors)

5. Environmental Management Systems & Auditing

• Develop and implement strategies for solid and liquid waste management in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Implementation and auditing of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems .
• Conduct environmental audits to evaluate compliance, environmental performance, and improvement opportunities.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Documentation

• Preparation and management of environmental legal documentation related to Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), Environmental Statement Reports (ESR), and Hazardous Waste Authorization with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and pollution control standards issued by the Central Pollution Control Board.

2. Operation & Maintenance of Treatment Plants

• Supervision and coordination of operation and maintenance (O&M) of water and wastewater treatment systems including Reverse Osmosis (RO), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) .
• Monitor plant performance and optimize treatment processes for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

3. Pollution Monitoring & Analysis

• Conduct air and water pollution monitoring , including sampling, laboratory coordination, and analytical data interpretation.
• Evaluate the performance of Air Pollution Control Devices (APCD) and Water Pollution Control Devices (WPCD) to ensure environmental compliance.

4. Project Implementation

• Assist in the planning, design coordination, and implementation of new wastewater treatment plant projects as a Project Assistant.
• Support engineering teams in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

5. Environmental Monitoring & Coordination

• Lead environmental monitoring activities by coordinating with environmental laboratories, project teams, and client organizations .
• Manage monitoring schedules and ensure accurate environmental data collection and reporting.

6. Field Sampling & Environmental Assessment

• Conduct field sampling of air, water, and soil as part of Environmental Impact Assessment studies.
• Assist in environmental data analysis and report preparation for EIA and regulatory submissions.
