• Played a pivotal role within the onboarding team, overseeing client migrations for Vontobel, HSBC, All Spring, LGIM, and Arrow Street in TLM/TLP & PLM. Responsibilities included setup validation and testing of Swift/flat files in BUAT & PROD environments.
• Facilitated the timely reception of SWIFTs on designated client accounts pre-migration, escalating data reception challenges to the 3rd party team when necessary. Tracked reconciliation updates throughout the project duration and collaborated with internal and external teams.
• Maintained data and access trackers with daily status updates and commentary, consistently reporting all progress and outstanding matters to the client owner.
