• Freelance Analysis
• I have worked on analysis of freelance experts taking data from the portal such as total answered, total QCed, total incorrect, number of negative feedback, and QC score
• The main objective of the analysis is to find experts who answer poor quality solutions and increase the number of solutions QCed
• Using this data, I analyzed using excel and google sheets, and then I arrived at assigning these experts as high priority and very high priority so the internal team can focus on QCing the solutions provided by these experts
• This has helped the team in improving the overall QC score, revoking experts who have consistently providing low quality solutions, and making sure more than 40% of solutions are QCed
• Rejection Analysis
• I have worked on analyzing questions that were rejected for different reasons after being QCed
• I collected data from the portal such as name, email, question id, rejection category, Incorrect rejection, and topic
• The main objective of the analysis is to reduce the number of rejections
• Using this data in google sheets and excel, I analyzed the data and found if any expert has rejected questions incorrectly
• I also found the number of times under each topic it was rejected
• This has helped the team in finding topics and software’s to get trained on so more questions can be addressed and not get rejected
• Complete Analysis
• I worked on the report sent from the portal on Power bi platform to create dashboard for each team with respect to the average QC score, number of questions addressed, number of solutions QCed, number of rejections, topics under which the question was rejected, number of solutions QCed by each member of the team, etc
• The main objective of the analysis is to make sure we address more questions, reject less questions, and improve the average QC score for each team
• After collecting the data from the portal in excel format I transformed the data to our requirements and loaded the data on Power bi
• I used different visualizations such as bar plot, pie chart, slicer for submission date and QC date, card to show average QC score and number of questions addressed
• This has helped the team in finding experts who are underperforming such as less authored solutions, more incorrect solutions, and has less QC score and revoke such experts
• It has helped the team to focus on QCing more solutions and improve the overall Average QC score
• It has also helped the team to identify topics related to the subject to get trained so more of these questions are addressed efficiently and not rejected.

• Formed a Checklist with comments for Quality Check which is used by the internal team to maintain uniformity and convey the message clearly to the expert.
