• Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria (BANT, ICP, etc.)
• Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
• Schedule meetings or product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets
