• To monitor all the unit operating parameters of CHP which includes 80 conveyor systems 04 No’s of 1500 TPH& 3000 TPH stacker cum reclaimer system, 56 nos
• Of 600 ton capacity Coal Bunkers and 8nos

• To operate the 7 Km long cross country pipe conveyor required to transport coal from mines to CHP inside plant on a round the clock basis
• To run the Unit as per the operating instructions & design parameters at its maximum efficiency levels and thereby minimize all the losses
• To effectively coordinate among all technical departments for a smooth plant operation & unit generation
• To effectively handle any plant emergencies
• To regularly maintain Log of all running equipment’s
• To generate detailed reports and maintain stock of all required resources
• Resources mobilization (Tools, Manpower, Machines etc.)
• Total safety Activities, Prevention of Accident
• Day to day safety inspection
• Housekeeping inspection and rating
• Maintaining operation records for IMS
• Responsible for smooth & proper operation of CHP & CROSS COUNTRY PIPE CONVEYOR 07 no’s Coal yard management of capacity 1.25LAC MT per yard
• Ensure proper stacking and compaction to reduce fire in coal yard Optimize Utilization of Dozer and proper recording of fuel consumption & running hours
• Renewal of Contracts
• Timely processing of Billings of contractors through SAP (7.20 version).

❖ Equipment handled Belt Conveyor, Steel Cord Belt, travelling tripper, Stacker cum Reclaimer, Pully, Idler, Adjustable Idler, Idler Frame, ILMS, Chute, Flap Gate, Belt Feeder, Gear Box, crusher up 1500 TPH ,Fluid Coupling, HT Motor, LT motor, VFD etc.

❖ Responsible for safe & efficient Operation of CHP by quick decision.

❖ Responsible for Coal Feeding as per Unit Requirement.

❖ Handle different emergencies in Coal Handling Plant (CHP).

❖ Maintaining healthy/dust free work environment through timely running of Dust Extraction (DE), Dust Suppression (DS) system.

❖ Coal Yard Management system.

❖ Monitoring Effective Operation of CHP.

❖ Responsible of complete Man power management in shift operation including departmental manpower as well as subcontractor Operators.

❖ Involved in modification in system to increase operational reliability.

❖ Switch Gear Operation (LT/HT Breaker), for giving isolations & normalization of equipment.

❖ Responsible for Housekeeping, Maintaining good housekeeping of equipment and the surrounding area so that equipment can run smoothly and the person can check and maintain the system easily.

❖ Check the defects & Co-ordination with CHP Maintenance team to ensure high availability of CHP.

❖ Checking and maintaining availability of equipment’s through giving timely notifications and permit to work through SAP for maintenance and insuring healthiness of system.

❖ Ability to develop and implementation good system for CHP Operation.

❖ Ability to trained junior employees to established a pipeline for CHP Operation professional.

❖ To up keep the CHP to avoid fire and dust.

*Planning in equipment preventive maintenance&also shut down maintenance.

*Coal washery operation and maintenance (450 TPH& 600 TPH)

*Operation and maintenance equipments like crusher,vibro feeder,vibratory screen,cyclones,magnetic separator,heavy media cyclones.

*Working on centrifugal pump,rotary breaker,transfer point.

*Monitoring in coordination with customer,weekly meeting conducting with contractor for increasing the work progress.
