Roles and Responsibilities:

· Working on tickets all the types of tickets (INC, SCTASK, RITM, Changes).

· SCCM Client installations & uninstallations and troubleshooting various issues on SCCM Client

· SCCM Client health Management and troubleshooting.

· Troubleshooting the SCCM clients and WMI issues.

· Security updates/Patch deployment through SCCM Server.

· Deploying all types of patches using SUP role.

· Deploying Patches to All workstations and servers (Pilot & Production).

· Applying patches on windows servers in UAT, Production, DR Environment.

· Pre check & Post check activities.

· Working as manual patches installing on Windows servers.

· Application deployment through SCCM and troubleshooting.

· Creating Application and packages and doing troubleshooting on issues.

· Monitoring daily alerts and resolving.

· Implementation of Site system roles and Administration.

· Installation, configuration and administration of Windows 2008,2012 and 2016 Servers

· Installing primary site and secondary sites.

· Configuring the SCCM Boundaries and Boundary groups.

· Enabling Software Inventory and Hardware Inventory and Software metering

· Having installing knowledge on SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2016.

· Reports through SCCM.

· Creating SCCM Customized Reports.

· SCCM Software Distribution and troubleshooting.

· SCCM Software Updates and troubleshooting.

· SCCM Client and Server health Management and troubleshooting.

· OSD through SCCM Knowledge.

· Aware of Third-Party tools like Right Click tools, Client Centre tool, etc.

Responsibilities

· Hardware Hash upload/machine deployment and provisioning.

· Checking device compliance and resolving compliance issues.

· Creating and Deploying Compliance policy for Windows.

· Checking device compliance and resolving compliance issues.

· Working on window patching activity for both feature and quality updates.

· Working on Autopilot deployment Enrolment of windows devices.

· Working on the windows 11 migration activity by creating feature update policy.

· Taking lead in End user computing provides support for windows issues.

· Working primarily on service now tickets and supporting VIP users too and troubleshooting the issues and fixing the issues on time.

Creating and Deploying Configuration profiles for Windows.
