• Diversification : Supporting wider college aims, working with on shore marketing and admission teams on matters of strategic importance.
• Project Management : Monitoring ongoing projects, creating & analysis of reports which helps in creating strategies that align with different college goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Supporting and providing solutions to huge number of stakeholders across UK & Europe for different Business Units of Navitas.

• Principal architect : Responsible for growth of Indian students through stakeholder relationship management including channel and institutional partners.
• Increased International student community (India) by contributing towards annual enrollment growth of 150% (Average per intake).
• Proactively supporting agent account Ensuring growth of different agents by providing them support for student conversions, Trainings, Quick Turnaround time.
• Core team member for improving internal process which includes marketing, compliance, services, admissions process etc.
• Actively involved in marketing activities such as organizing agent award night, agent trainings, recruitment activities for different stakeholders
• Rewarded as Rising Star Award by Navitas for providing support to different teams across different BU's.

• Responsible for providing end to end counseling to more than 300 students interested in UK and Ireland
• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits and career planning
• Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, trade and technical schools, and apprenticeship programs with visa assistance

• Responsible for providing end to end virtual counseling to students interested in UK and Ireland
• Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long-term customer loyalty and worked towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently
• Supporting and assisting in various tool developments like University Predictor Tool, Conducting Webinars on UK Visa Counseling and Pre-departure session
