  • Collaborates with business owners of Nuveen (an asset management company that was recently acquired by TIAA) and identified the customer pain points on current product (RedOak – Compliance application), interacted with different segments of customers to understand the actual needs, and defined product strategy themes. These help in re-designing the Business Process of the product across different geographies.
