  • Lead high-performance teams to provide direction and oversight in “Rewards, Compensation and Pay” journey associated with employees “Hire to Retire” life cycle
  • Designed and Implemented Reward plans and programs such that these are legally compliant, market competitive and cost effective.

Volunteer and drive projects related to Climate Change, Forest & Bio-diversity Conservation and reskilling people in these challenged biomes I have led various initiatives of working with communities in remote hill areas of Uttarakhand, desert areas of Rajasthan or Forest in UP & MP helping people relocate with Govt support and help setup earning facilities through support of NGO’s or just drive bird / animal conservation through these communities

Involved in managing conversation awareness events such as talks, workshops and guided walks

I have worked on Saving the “Great India Bustard” from extinction Worked closely with the Rajasthan Forest Department and NGO’s in helping people reskill around the periphery of the bird’s habitat

Birding is a hobby and Photography is a passion and because of these I travel a lot, prefer driving down into the Wild Forest and Mountains and spending time in the nature My photographs have been published in many books and research journals
