I was working on the optimisation of operations in the cities under the Node.
The optimisation includes the following parameters:-

• Shutdown (Reducing non availability of riders) - keeping it below 5% across cities - during entire day
• Driver NPS - Was able to maintained highest driver NPS in region
• Ensuring oversupply and optimising cost in parallel
• Mapping out crucial product asks for all cities and working with product and engineering teams to prioritise and build out critical products and roll out seamlessly to drive platform growth and reliability.
• Launched Gigs (Major process change how delivery partners work on Zomato as platform) in my node along with Kolkata with minimum noise from ground.
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins

• Working with Central Lead team in planning, managing and directing the daily board operations to increase revenue and reduce costs through P&L analysis.
