  • Achievement of the sales target through team work.
  • Control, motivate and extend guidance to the team of Representatives assigned, towards the achievement of their individual sales objectives both Rupee Value and products.
  • Taking care of branding, merchandising & visibility of products at retail counters.
  • Looking after brand promotion in the town through hoardings, brandings at various places, sales activities by Melas in housing societies, Van activities, live demos of products inside retail counters.
  • Taking care of availability of catalogues & their proper distribution to the retail counters.
  • Opening Brand stores.
