• Advised stakeholders on optimizing requirements to improve efficiency and reduce development effort where feasible.

• Gathered and documented requirements for an internal platform managing 6–8 month technical training programs for campus hires, including cohort mapping, trainer allocation, and training record management.
• Partnered with business, trainers, and coaches to ensure accurate mapping of candidates to relevant training cohorts.
• Created detailed functional specifications and user stories for enhancements, streamlining training operations and resource allocation.
• Coordinated with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
