Institutional Support (Private Bank)
Working closely with onshore senior leadership on strategizing overall Institutional business and enhancement opportunities for the overall support provided within the India (GBS) team. The team supports Institutional Portfolio Strategists/Portfolio managers catering to various business requirements for existing/proposed Philanthropic (Endowment/Foundations) and Retirement clients.
The support includes (but not limited to), Portfolio Performance reporting, Portfolio Rebalancing, Wealth Projects and planning, Hypothetical back testing analysis, Attribution analysis, Sector/Country exposure, Asset allocation, Cash flow reconciliation etc.
Due Diligence (Merrill Lynch)
Leading the CIO due diligence team, which supports the Merrill Financial Analysts with collateral management. Due diligence support includes requesting RFIs/RFPs, Manager briefs/Commentaries, Manager Flash, Due Diligence Analyst Notes, Private Equity and Hedge Fund commentaries, Quilt Charts, Attribution analysis, AUM, and MBR, etc.
This team works closely with multiple fund houses (Third party) with regards to requesting RFI/RFP documents required for preparing fund commentaries. These requests are required on regular frequencies (Quarterly, Semi Annually, Annually and adhoc basis). The questionnaires, including Fund/Firm D&I details, asset allocation, performance, holdings, etc.
The entire collateral management, including reviewing and posting of the commentaries, is supported by the GBS India team on behalf of the onshore FAs.
People Management: Managing a team size of 27 Portfolio Analysts across multiple locations – Gurugram and Hyderabad – providing integrated Portfolio Management support services to the bank's Institutional Wealth Management and Due Diligence businesses across Bank of America Private Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Corporate Audits: Responsible for managing and coordinating with multiple business stakeholders and team managers from a corporate audit standpoint to ensure business is in compliance with applicable policies.
Operation Excellence: Driven multiple OPEX opportunities in the process (Time and effort efficiency)
Team Management: Leading a team of 18 Portfolio Analysts providing integrated Portfolio Management Support Services to the bank's Institutional Wealth Management business.
