Project - Becton Dickinson (BD)

• Manage end to end Release Management process ensuring successful software releases.
• Coordinate, conduct and execute multiple Minor/Quarterly and Weekly software releases including a Major Release in 2022.
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to define release scope, planning, schedule, transport sequencing and other dependencies.
• Conduct and lead CRB calls for weekly releases.
• Approving Charms in SAP Solution manager based on ITQA Verification criteria that includes verification of Documentations in SOLDOC and test cases in HPALM tool.
• Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders: from development team, project managers to testing team to review the progress of the release
• Collaborate with Change manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure proper alignment of change management process and seeking approval of change tickets
• Support Hyper care Release after Major Project Go live.
• Identify, Manage and mitigate risk that affect Release scope, schedule and quality.
• Expertise in handling Direct change, Expedited and Emergency change type ticket
• Document both External and Internal Audits with zero escalations and coordinate with multiple process teams.
