Briefly about my work experience
- The name of the company I am currently working for is NOROO AUTOMOTIVE COATINGS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
- The company I am currently working in KIA INDIA plays a major role in supplying paints for AUTOCOATINGS.
- I joined this organization on 8th July 2019 as a technical trainee.
- I am in probation period for one year. After that I was recognized as an employee by the company and made a technical executive.
- However, from April 2021 I have been appointed as a Sales Executive. Due to the resignation of the person who was already working in that position, I was identified as the right person for that position and given the opportunity.
- Promoted and honored as Assistant Manager from July 2023.
What are my responsibilities as a sales executive?
- Following their Forecast production, Kia procures enough raw materials and products for 3 months.
- I used to make Purchase Request with Kia concerned employee and maintain Purchase Orders.
- I bring enough products to Kia daily from the stocked warehouse of the company I work for.
- I play a key role in getting approvals from quality control when new products are launched. This is possible because I have technical experience.
- The company I am currently working for imports raw material from South Korea and is stationed in Chennai. From there they are transported to BNPA (BERGER NIPPON PAINT AUTOCOATINGS) where the actual production takes place. Next Kia will supply them. I play a vital role in making this process happen.
- I have experience in determining the quality of the products I supply. They are 1) film thickness 2) gloss and appearance 3) color visualization.
- More importantly, I work uncompromisingly for customer satisfaction when quality defects arise.
