  • Conducting Mega Job Fest , Career Fest, recruitment drives for the students Excellent rapport with HR Heads / Technical Heads of various medium &top level IT/ITES companies. The role was 60% outward focused and 40% inward focused. (New client acquisition 60% and mining the existing clients 40%)
  • Independently work on Generating leads, Mapping sectors and Targeting potential clients within the Perm Recruitment service verticals.
  • Be well versed (work closely with the Legal team) on relevant legal aspects of Client Contracts / LOI and Agreement.
  • Manage Client Account Retention and simultaneously enable the delivery team to close on the business assigned.
  • Handling the complete BD team comprise of BD Executives.

  • In a short span of time more than 200+ Companies/Clients brought on board for Perm Recruitment which includes , Zensar,TechM,INfobenas,Tieto,Tibco, Ezest ,Webonize, Impetus Technologies, Global Logic, Sears Holdings, Thirdware Solutions,Jumpgames , Cosmonet, Aakit Technology, Collabera., Etc...
