• BT is a British multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London, England. It has operations in around 180 countries and is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT services .
• BT uses strategic network reporting tool -SevOne NMS on the platform called NPMD to offer discovery , monitoring , alerting and management of network devices.
• Created multiple reports and reusable templates with SevOne Data Insight which leverages real time monitoring and provides valuable network performance insights for multiple customers like DP DHL , Eurocontrol , Nationwide Building Society , PepsiCo , Banco Sabadell , Alstom Transport and IP Connect Global.
• Collaborated with different teams to define, strategize and implement customer requirements by working on various incident, problem and change requests .
• Gained the insight of Elastic Logstash Kibana (ELK) which provides log analysis similar to SevOne PLA but equipped with more tools and scalability features.
• Onboarded users for multiple contracts using Swagger API.
• Analyzed and troubleshooted problematic areas to provide recommendations and solutions for various issues related to inventory, network, application logging and reporting.
• Improved application performance and resolved existing issues by upgrading the applications to the latest and tested version in production environment with collaboration of vendor support team.
• Led a team of four individuals to successfully achieve project goals while maintaining a 100% SLA adherence.

• Vodafone Idea is the 1st largest telecom players in India with 280 million customer base and network across all 23 circles. SevOne is being used to track the network performance of Vodafone. The SevOne Performance Appliance Solution (SevOne PAS) provides network managers with monitoring, troubleshooting and performance reporting capabilities.
• Worked on integrating and discovering network devices like Routers, Switches on SevOne NMS .
• Created and modified more than 200 reports including Top N , Performance metrics, Weather Map, Flow falcon reports and customized dashboards for end users as per the requirement.
• Provisioned enterprise customer circuits in IP PMS.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts pertaining to LAN, WAN, Routers/Switches, different protocols like ssh, ICMP, SNMP , MPLS .
• Active monitoring of network parameters and flow traffic to detect potential threats or vulnerabilities in the network.
• Analyzed large volumes of log data with the help of SevOne PLA and fetched the required reports for users for the given time frame.
• Lead the entire CPE Devices monitoring for Vodafone client including activities like - Regular Health checks,Trap monitoring LLD/HLD creation and quality troubleshooting.

• DU Telecommunications is one of the two telecom operators in the United Arab Emirates (the other one being Etisalat). du offers fixed line, mobile telephony, internet and digital television services across the United Arab Emirates .
• The Project is all about delivering the Talk, Surf and Watch (TSW) services to the customers of various regions of United Arab Emirates.

Talk Services - This includes the configuration of Landline services.

Surf Services - This includes the configuration of Internet connectivity.

Watch Services - This includes the configuration of desired TV Channels and packages the customer has opted for.

• Responsible for configuring new connections for Talk, Surf, Watch (TSW) services.
• Coordinated with Field engineers and Technicians for complete resolution.
• Worked on Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) Technology to provide high speed broadband access to end users via fiber optic cable.
• Provided quality troubleshooting with step-by-step instructions to resolve problems.
• Reduced SLA violation by preparing weekly and monthly status review reports and prioritizing the escalated cases.
• Handled escalations with 100% adherence to the given SLA.
