Roles and responsibilities :-

• Collaborating with design consultants to finalize layout, drawings, specifications, and quantity estimates.
• Prepare BOQ for extra items or new work and seek approval of 'Note sheet / PR' from the Competent Authority.
• Continuously monitor and manage on-site civil work activities of parallel projects as per IS codes including company resource allocation (if any).
• Prepare cost estimates for projects, considering all materials, labor, equipment, and overheads as per DSR / market rate.
