Project 1: Program Management Toolkit (PMT)

• Managing 3 core scrum teams.
• Defining product roadmap in agreement with the Leadership Team.
• Understanding business requirements and documenting in form of epics and user stories.
• Created UI/UX mockups to support requirements using balsamiq.
• Defined feature priorities for the technical team in agreement with the Product team.

Project 2: Digital Health Solutions (DHS)

• Responsible for handling the Research Program requirements till it gets launched
• Work closely with the customers/PM to gather requirements like consent, surveys workflows, and branding assets etc and document them
• Working with multiple scrum teams for feature development, UI/UX and with the overall configuration of the program
• Currently handling the company’s first Indian Project in Public Health

Project 3: Vibrent Sense Platform (EchoTrace)

• Handled entire Product delivery for the customer from scratch.
• Responsible for Requirements Gathering and Documentation for both Web and Mobile applications
• Responsible for providing the estimates and risks for each feature
• Responsible for conducting different Scrum Ceremonies with the dev team.

Project 1: FedEx Revenue System

• Responsible for gathering requirements from clients and documenting them.
• Created workflows and flowcharts for enhancements.
• Querying database to perform analysis and data validations.
• Provided assistance to clients during the UAT phase.
