- Amendment in price after receiving revised quotation from supplier
- Monthly review for import planning & stock update with Japanese management
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and addressing any issues or concerns
- Managing inventory levels to minimize production risk while maximizing inventory turns
- Managing 6 months shortage forecast for import parts
- Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses, optimizing inventory turnover, and carrying costs
- Conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies
- Plan supplier process audit for quality improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement inventory reduction strategies and minimize obsolete stock
- Train and manage store team for material handling & solve day-to-day operational issues
- Ensure visual displays of the parts for smooth functioning in stores
- Ensure awareness to store team for safety and emergency procedures
- Ensure all invoices submitted to accounts to avoid delay in supplier’s payment
- Space optimization & define the location for new parts in store.
