• Experienced in IT infrastructure development, planning, installation, configuration, and optimization.
• Create, manage, and decommission virtual machines; migrate VMs using vMotion.
• Work with networking concepts, including IP addressing and DNS.
• Implement monthly OS patching for Windows servers and VDI machines using SCCM.
• Maintain master image patches, snapshots, and datastores.
• Create and manage accounts, drive access, and service accounts in Active Directory.
• Implement and recompose VDI desktops.
• Create VDI desktop pools and install required software on VDI and master images.
• Install and deploy software using AppVol agent on master images.
• Create change requests and follow approval processes for server update.
