- DATA ONCE Project - It removed the manual intervention of opening the account. The client just need to sign the electronic form & the account gets opened in backend
- Process Automation (Robotics) - Successfully initiated Robotics enhancement for the EMEA region & provided 3 FTE saves.
- Process Streamlining - Team was calculating the incorrect timings of a few broker trades however in my risk management system the time was correct which had a big regulatory impact. I involved the Bloomberg team and got the correct time feeds of the trades.
