Roles and responsibilities in the current role as Senior KYC associate:-

• Performing Initial and Enhanced customer due diligence on various types of entities.
• Excellent understanding in KYC, financial regulatory and AML risk implications.
• Analytical skills and understanding of wide variety of client types, financial Institutions, private companies, funds, and partnerships.
• Ability to work under pressure with high degree of accuracy.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships by communicating effectively.
• Pro active and business oriented with proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands and ability to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience and showing resilience under pressure and providing best in class solutions.
• Experience in risk management field and proven ability to support the development of the business activities while robustly applying risk management disciplines and controls.
• Experience in finance and banking sector.

Highlights and extra responsibilities being in COE:

• Consolidating and tracking IDD & profile completions and reporting this to stakeholders.
• Understanding the team's research requirement and fetching it through GRT.
• Buddying up with new joinees to assist understanding the policies and procedures which in turn helps the team to achieve the common targets.
• I had received two awards "Raising star" for my performance and " Ageless warrior" for maintaining case bucket with out any SLA breach.
• Performing own research for clients and updating KYC profiles.
• Consistently performing both on targets and Quality.

During this tenure it was a great experience for me to learn the over all activity of the business &

participated as an active team member. Below are some of the roles and responsibilities.

• Posting all PO and non PO invoices accurately with in agreed ETA.
• Handling multiple ARE's payments such as SL, SHPL, DR and PLM with in SLA
• Performing reversal and reposting if there are any documents wrongly posted in SOP.
• G/L clearing and update to bank team on regular basis.
• Handling internal queries inside the team leading to complete the target of volumes with good quality.
• Performing vendor clearance for ICC vendors.
• Maintaining parked invoice reports which are awaiting for resolutions.
• Allocation invoices to team members.
• Quality check and internal auditing
• Review and update SOP.
• Preparing AR error list, reports and follow up emails.
