National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) Prepaid Card Payments

• Leading the NCMC acquiring business of Gujarat Metro Rail Cooperation Limited.
• Monthly reconciliation of transactions, payouts/invoicing, disputes.
• NCMC Implementation at UPMRCL (Lucknow Metro) which includes on boarding at NPCI , creation of SOPs etc.
• Monitoring and resolving day to day NCMC card customer escalations of all assigned Metro Projects.
• Testing of different NCMC Card operations in line with Merchant Integration, with Metro AFC Partner .

National Electronic Toll System (NETC) FASTag Business Development & Product Management

• Leading and handling 250+ Toll plazas by close coordination with different system integrators, IHMCL, NPCI and Concessionaires/Tolling Agencies.
• Business Growth & retention - On boarding of Toll Plaza, Parking, Corporate / Fleet Owners / Retail Users with NPCI FASTag Solutions. Handling major clients includes L&T, IndVit, IL&FS, Sadbhav, JMC, SMS, HCC, DBL, Nandi, Ashoka, MPRDC, GSRTC, KRDCL etc.
• End to end implementation of Toll Plazas on boarding which includes collection of master data, testing, SAP Code generation and making plaza live in NPCI Live environment.
• Leading Implementation of all new initiatives/circulars and product improvements in NETC program in coordination with NPCI & IHMCL.
• Worked with Product and Development team to design & Implement In- House FASTag Issuer and Acquirer Module (CCH).
• Primary SPOC to deal with IHMCL for day to day support related to FASTag Program.
• Key Member of Tendering and Bidding team to participate in all the Government floated RFPs.
• Responsible for on boarding all Toll Agencies/Concessionaires in the Bank’s SAP for NETC Settlement.

ETC Implementation:

• Member of the team pioneering National Electronic Toll Collection (FASTag)
• Coordination with more than 350 Toll Plazas across India, with different Acquirers, Issuers, System Integrators and Concessionaire and NPCI.
• Resolution of daily complaints related to reconciliation & settlement of ETC transactions by close coordination with Acquirers and Concessionaires.
• Monitoring ETC installation, integration status at Toll Plazas.
• Coordination with RO/PIU/Concessionaire for ETC implementation status for PF/BOT/OMT Toll Plazas.
• Rolled out ETC on hybrid mode on ~3500 plus lanes all across Toll Plazas on National Highways.
• Coordinating with State Authorities to expand NETC program in State Highway.

24X7 Highway Emergency Helpline:

• Coordination with Department of Telecommunication and Ministry of Telecommunication for mapping short code “1033”.
• Coordination with agencies for setting up and operationalising Call Centres.
• Monitoring daily progress report of agencies.
• Supervising Call Center operations with close coordination with Consultant.
• Contract Monitoring and Management, Preparing / reviewing RFP and Contract agreements
• Support in preparing concept and RFP for Total Electronic Enforcement System (TEES) in the State of Gujarat and implementation of ETC System in MPRDC.
• Maintaining IHMCL’s website, Imperest Account Management, Support in HR & Admin matters

• Looking after Escalations, Customer Interactions and VOCs.
• Data Base Management of SCSI and HCS services.
• Handling Commercial Solutions (replacement and refund).
• Program management and scheduling
