Responsibilities:

• Develop maintain, and expand key client relationships and create strategic business plans for each account
• Hiring of Internal Talent to facilitate the growth opportunities developer
• Prepare proposals and presentations to gain new business
• Forecasting and trend analyses of the market say from a Geopolitical stand point.
• Negotiate contracts, Troubleshoot any client onboarding hurdles
• Ensuring client satisfaction and SLAs are met
• Constant Leveraging of company resources to value add to each account
• Achieve and exceed set new clients and recruiting placement targets

• Timely escalation of contact center Downtime to the appropriate team and update the SLA parameters
• Prepare budget forecasts and own the development and implementation of staffing and metric models, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop SOPs that will have a positive impact on the workforce and work with operations in ensuring the communication of the policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Processing EMV(Estimated Maturity Value) for all Aviva Pension Holders.Making amendments to the polices as per the requirements of the pension holders.
