- Worked on Medicare HMO claims reviews part for 2 years where we supposed to review and pay for the correct provider per the E policy.
- After 2 years I have been moved to the quality team where I have been auditing claims which is released by processing team we supposed to make BGV on the payment part whether the payment has been gone to the correct provider.
- Worked on approval of High dollar claims where we supposed to check on correct allowed amount has been allowed and BGV as per our E policy. Assigning claims to the team.
- Sharing out teams daily production report to the client.
- As an SME I used to provide training and mentoring for the fresher on the process part and landing them into production.
- Assisting on State side mails for teams and assisting on rebuttal on external & internal errors for team.
