• Requirement Gathering & Workforce Planning Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, skill requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce planning strategies.
• Sourcing Strategy & Candidate Screening & Shortlisting Conduct resume screening and initial assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
• Candidate Assessment & Evaluation Perform detailed telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability based on client expectations and job requirements.
• Client & Stakeholder Management Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide recruitment updates, hiring challenges, and candidate feedback.
• Offer Management, Negotiation & Onboarding & Pre-Joining, Joining Follow-Up Handle salary negotiations, and queries to ensure successful offer acceptance, onboarding activities, documentation, BGV, and regular follow-ups
• Recruitment Reporting, Analytics & ATS: Maintain trackers, hiring reports, pipeline data, SLAs. Ensure documentation of candidate details, interviews hiring stages, and compliance records in ATS/HRIS systems.

• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Managed the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for multiple clients.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Sourced candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn RPS. pre-screening the candidate through Telephonic interviews, assessing technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement & Communication Maintained regular communication with candidates through calls and emails, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
• Client & Stakeholder Management Collaborated closely with clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role expectations for effective talent acquisition.
• Multi-Hiring Model Recruitment Successfully handled hiring for permanent/full-time, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and contract positions across IT technologies, networking, and niche skill sets.
