- Worked in green field project to established a new paint shop
- Studied the tank flow charts and adjusting the turn over rate via through choosing number of filters as per pump meter cube.
- Choosing the proper filtration systems like MHC,IRON SEPATAROR based on the body shop metal micron and other contamination by doing analysis .
- Initial make up of degreasing,phosphate and CED bath charging.
- Adjusting the bath parameters and tank laminar and circulation flows by taking multiple trails to achieve desired quality
- Established PMR paints for initial make up before charging and adjusting the paint parameters by confirming viscosity and temperature.
- worked in PCR (paint control room) to control the production output and efficiency by monitoring breakdown losses and giving immediate communication to other department to ensure.
- My contribution in saving energy will always be there , By adjusting the pump HZ in non production time to run in low rpm ,Re-usage of nylon filters and topcoat cleaning clothes make re-usage in another line and many more.
