- Procurement of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) is highlighted as Marine HP Unloading Arms, metering skids, pressure-reducing skids, filtration vessels, including but not limited to electrical and instruments packages, bulks, etc.
- Executed the tender process for long lead equipment. Activities completed were the preparation of tender documents, the issuance of tender documents, the compiling and resolution of pre-bid queries, the receiving of technical and commercial bids, technical closure, bid opening, commercial closure, and award.
- Supported in contracts for the appointment of TPI for ERDMP, the appointment of clearing and forwarding agents, and the hiring of various retail equipment (cranes, JCBs, etc.).
- Authenticate purchase requisitions and BOQs. Suggest inputs for value additions toward competitive commitments.
- Involved in post-contract management, including change requests, variation orders, negotiation with the contractors, and resolution of various disputes related to contracts, such as extension of time, liquidated damages, and other contractual claims and issues in reference to contract execution.

- Post order: Timely release of LOI, purchase order creation in SAP, followed by order acceptance from the supplier, organizing kick-off meetings with engineering and QC teams for timely document clearance, evaluation of progress reports submitted by suppliers with the planning team, and coordination with the quality team for ensuring stage-wise as well as final third-party inspection at vendor works.
- Expediting: Evaluate production schedules and progress reports from the suppliers to determine if the delivery schedule is in line with the project requirements, and expedite the deliveries of ordered items to get them delivered to our fabrication yard based in Malaysia.
- Item procured – Top Side E&I, including but not limited to shutdown panels, solar package, instrument packages, gauges, fire and safety, PI, TI, flow computers, flow meters, detectors, electrical and instrument bulks, instrument tubing and fittings, PLC cards, SCADA modifications, and RTU panels.
