Collections/Account receivables and Renewal(B2C)-

- Currently working in Grayquest Education Finance Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, which is an education loan-focused fintech company, founded in 2016.

- Currently managing the higher bucket, especifically 31-60 DPD, and demonstrating efficient handling of delinquent accounts.

- Monitoring and managing the overdue accounts, reviewing account statuses, and determining appropriate actions for collection.
- Engaging with the customer to negotiate payment plans, settlements, or resolve disputes while maintaining professional and courteous communication.
- Ensuring that all the collections activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyzing collection data and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management, and identifying trends or issues that need addressing.

- Creating and implementing strategies for effective debt collections, including setting policies and procedures.

- Coordinating with other departments, such as legal, finance, operations, and the NACH team, to ensure alignment and effective resolution of collection issues.

- Understanding and observing the payment behavior and customer behavior of the client through the repayment table and also through PD and undertaking done by the credit team, and help renewal of tranche cases of the clients by collaborating with the credit team.
