• Core Platform Services - Auth Service : Revamped authentication and authorization platform for internal and externals users. Notification service : Managed guaranteed delivery of notifications to clients using various communication channels such as email, SMS, and whatsapp notifications
• Data Platform - Designed and built end to end platform to ingest huge data from multiple sources, process it for business needs
• Domain Services - Bagging Service: Designed and managed service to move packages in bulk in optimized manner

Led multiple teams to enable data driven decisions using human and artificial intelligence. Building product roadmap with multiple stakeholders to make these platforms self-serve

• Data Science Platform - Managing highly scalable platform to serve variety of machine learning models online and offline. Built complete automated pipeline to support full machine learning model lifecycle
• Experimentation Platform - Managing platform to design, setup and run multiple experiments simultaneously across company without conflict and overlap. And provide automated pipeline for faster and cleaner analysis of experiment through multiple metrics.

Led engineers including Dev, QA, DB Dev and DevOps. Worked with product, design and architecture to deliver functional features and non-functional aspects for a complex, multi-tenant global product. Leading scalability, quality, development evolution and influencing product roadmap

• Authentication and Authorization - This was an initiative to consolidate all authentication and authorization mechanisms to a central component based on open standards like OAUTH2 & SAML2
• Itinerary Version 2.0 - Decouple Itinerary module from all platforms and build global Itinerary service, consumed by IVR, Mobile and other platforms of Egencia

• Search Enhancements - Worked on various projects to improve quality of search results. Built Click Through Rate(CTR) module which calculates click through rate per listing for search and uses it in its ranking algorithm
• Relevancy Vanguard Tool - Designed and built tool to measure search relevancy against labeled set of queries. It also allows to label resulted listings individually and query. This tool used NDCG measurement to grade results

• Search Indexes - Built optimised indexes with better efficiency using Lucene.
• Revolve 3.0 - Designed and created multiple modules for new Revolve Engine like User Boutique creation wizard, Image Cropper Tool, Revolve Magazine

• Ad-Engine and Click Tracking - Modified and Enhanced ad engine code to scale and perform better.
• Yahoo Search Engine Marketing - Designed and developed services for advertising customer web sites on Yahoo search engine.
