Roles and Responsibilities

• Working as a Product Owner on designation of Business Analyst. Managing BusinessNext CRM Software to develop features for bank employees and their customers.
• Develop and execute a product strategy for BusinessNext CRM Platform tailored needs and objectives of banking clients. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the banking industry.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including bank executives, sales teams, and customer service representatives to gather and prioritize requirements for the CRM solution. This includes understanding business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business goals of the bank. Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and plan the development of new features and enhancements to the CRM platform. This involves balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the CRM solution. This includes providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
• Prepared Demos for CIO and CTO of HDFC and SBI.
• Maintained Traceability Matrices which improves delivery quality for all business requirement.

• Hands on experience on HRMS AND E-Commerce domain
• Experience in gathering Functional and Non-functional requirements for product enhancement
• Work in an agile scrum environment
• Assist in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings
• Responsible for creating and maintaining project-related requirement documentation including BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, etc
• Collaborating and managing 3 projects resulting in change requests and bug fixing and producing impeccable solutions
• Maintaining and grooming product backlog and prioritizing tickets on the JIRA platform
• Creating 100= user stories on Jira and preparing prototypes and wireframes Data Flow Diagram, High end, and low-end diagrams to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product using FIGMA
• Working closely with the technology team for bringing enhancement in the existing processes and systems
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solution according to clients' needs and objectives
• Proposing new program enhancement feature to client for ensuring better program usage.
