  • Maintaining records of customer complaints in the system and making sure necessary actions are taken to eliminate errors in future and current orders.
  • Consider the advice of seniors and people from the concerned departments to resolve the production-related issues and customer complaints.
  • Provide information to the customer about the company's products, new developments, and techniques.
  • Respond to customer emails on a day-to-day basis.
  • Touch base with overseas customers on a regular basis for the inflow of new production orders and new product developments.
