Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing teams responsible for transaction processing, channel/exchange coordination and regulatory reporting within operations.

Highlights :

• Played an integral part in the launch of total 575 schemes with successful allotment of 42 Open Ended, 27 ETF and 350 Close Ended scheme.
• Efficiently & consistently delivered desired results during the period when the Asset Under Management of the company rose from 1 Lakh crores to 8 Lakh crores (as on June 24) and monthly average was approximately 1 Cr. transaction.
• Closure of posting controls with over 99% TAT in any financial year.
• Maturity of 483 schemes and Rollover of 146 schemes.
• Merger & Change in face value of various schemes.
• Played key role in onboarding of 160 online channel partners and managing over 250 online channel partners.
• Built the verification process with defined check points for regulatory reporting which enhanced the accuracy, quality and disclosures of regulatory reporting.

• Being consistently rated 1 in the annual appraisal for the last 7 Years and was being rated 2 in the previous years to it.
• Received Sparkle Award which is the quarterly performance excellence award for Oct.-Dec. 2021 and April-June 2018.
• Integral part of the team which successfully executed Bharat 22 ETF allotment and other NFO's with industry record number of applications at the time.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Managing a team and ensuring reporting of mutual fund orders, non-financial transactions and investor document before the regulatory cut-off.
• Reconciliation of pan India mutual fund/insurance commission received from AMC's/Insurance company and proportioning to the respective business/branch accounts.
• Opening of investors WMS Account after following all laid out polices and due diligence of the KYC documents submitted by the branches.
• Investigating and resolving any escalations.

Achievements :

• Got promoted to the designation of Senior Officer within 1.5 years.
• Played a vital role in the set up of the de-risking sites in Chennai & Hyderabad by providing classroom training to the new recruits.
