1. Productivity:

• Prepare month wise production plan as per the manufacturing constraints.
• Conduct plant visits to check wastage levels, adherence to allowable scrap limit norms, quality norms and GMP at the shop floor.
• Coordinate with 3P & 2P unit for manufacturing & dispatches
• Coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery of RM & PM and production consumables
• Plan for new product trial
• Coordinate with PD team to conduct the first new product trial.
• Monitoring RM/PM status in-terms of quantity, shelf life as per the production plan for all 3P / 2P units
• Review RM / PM availability and connectivity schedule on daily basis

2. Quality:

• Participate in quality related product evaluation using PQRS and quality reports on daily basis.
• Analyse trends and plan for corrective action to improve quality of processes and systems at the factory.
• Market compliant analysis & reduction plan

3. Cost:

• Drive cost saving initiatives for 2P & 3P units
• Ensure manufacturing cost is as per agreed target.
• Ensure marvel projects are on track & getting completed as per agreed timeline.
• Keep track of FSNE & highlight risk well in advance

4. Delivery:

• Ensure monthly production compliance of all 3P units.
• Ensure Fill rate for NPDs for first 3 month.
• Ensure compliance to Pando & Heckeit portal.

5. Commercial:

• Ensure commercial compliance all 2P & 3P units as per std.
• Ensure Quality audit as per agreed frequency & compliance.

6. NPD:

• Facility scouting for new product development.
• Review the equipment requirements (moulders and change parts) for new SKU.
• Prepare new SKU manufacturing plan.

• In my role, I have effectively managed Process Monitoring and Product Testing, utilized SAP Operations to streamline processes, implemented Wastage Control measures, conducted Manpower Training sessions, performed Root Cause Analysis, and engaged in Data Collection and Analysis. Additionally, I have verified Critical Control Points (CCP), conducted CIP Swab Tests, and excelled in Report Writing and Documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• In my role, I have conducted RM, PM, Online, and FG Product Testing, engaged in Process Monitoring and Inspection, performed Data Collection and Analysis, verified pest control activities, and contributed to SOP Preparation and FSMS manual revision.

• In my role, I have conducted FG, RM, and PM analysis, calibrated lab instruments, performed water analysis, prepared and standardized chemicals, and managed comprehensive documentation.
