· Conducting phone interviews and processing offers for candidates
· Screening the resumes and shortlisting candidates
· Screening Video interviews and assessing them.
· Scheduling their interview and keeping up with the onshore team.
· Sending out daily audit report of entire team and sharing data with clients.
·Ensure rapport building is being made with the onshore team for smooth functioning.
· Providing health and welfare solutions over phone/chat.
· Making the data by the end of day and report back to onshore clients.
· Responsible to lead a team of 10 interns
