• Built the Swiggy's 1st ledgering & reconciliation platform, arresting the cash leakage of ~5Cr/year. This also led to reduction of 7 man days in reporting financials to the board of directors
• Re-designed the finance section of restaurant's web & android app to improve payout NPS by 10pp
• Churned out bi-weekly payouts for partners to support their cash flow during COVID-19 in 2 weeks
• Built the multi-tenant restaurant payout platform to support scale of 500+ cities, saving 250+ man hours/week
• Ideated & built the BNPL platform for Swiggy's B2B business as a pilot. This was adopted by 80% sellers for their 95% orders
• Conceptualized & implemented a robust cash logistics infrastructure for the delivery executives leading to cash loss reduction by 70% (Rs.15Cr/year)
• Ideated & developed an in-house remittance platform capable of handling 7lac transactions/day, supporting payment modes of UPI/NEFT/IMPS. This is used to pay our restaurants & delivery partners

• Managed the incentive calculation platform for India and optimized the schemes to make them multi-tenant, expanding to International market & sister concerns of Ola
• Piloted & scaled Power Zones – a personalized earning booster product at locality level, which resulted in incremental earning of Rs. 100/day for drivers
• Enabled cross-category bookings for "Kaali-peeli", resulting in 300% jump in bookings, and saving ~Rs 50/order in terms of incentive
• Worked with DS team to optimize the surge pricing algorithm of Ola Auto to gain Rs. 5/order with no impact on customer conversion funnels
