- We execute Bharat net Project Phase II for Maharashtra Government as an implementation partner to M/s ITI Ltd.
- As part of Bharat Net Phase II, Mahanet aims to digitally connect about 13,000 gram panchayats, 115 Taluks and 26 districts with blocks through underground, aerial optical fibre, and extend the broadband connectivity to all the gram panchayats using IP-MPLS technology.
- The scope of the work involves survey, preparation of survey reports, Bill of materials preparation based on final survey reports, trenching, ducting, erection of towers, installation of switches, routers and creation and maitainence of Network Operating Centre(NoC) at Mumbai and DR NoC at Nagpur etc.
- All the Gramma panchayat(GP) are connected, networked and monitored thru NoC.
- The stakeholders for the project are Maha IT, Project monitoring agency(PMA), TPA, project implementation agency(PIA) and ITI.
- The job involves effective co-ordination among all the stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Preparation of daily MIS reports of Mahanet project status for submitting to stakeholders
- Project monitoring tool (pmtool bbnlindia) is used for project management. The stakeholders across the state will enter the daily project activities in the tool.
- Analysing The document before uploading reports in PMO tools after verifying the reports (ABD, OTDR & LSPM, MBOOK)
- Analysing the data present in PMO tool and EPC work and prepare report according to the data present in the tools. Organizing the daily project review meetings.
- Monitoring the NoC reports and take suitable action
- Bill preparation activities: Getting details from billing team and prepare the invoices according that submitting it to the stakeholders. Interacting with Billing team and TPA for team clarifications on bills.
- Daily interaction with ITI MahalT/project / Finance / Aksentt project team for co-ordination:

- Part of the presale team for preparation of tender document for Mahanet Project. The project involves Package A:

- 2. Geofencing Solutions (IoT)
- Geofencing is a project wherein the area is fenced digitally for specific purposes. We have secured orders from Nagpur, Indore, Panchkula Municipal Corporations for digitally tracking of contract workers. The total project value Rs 40 Crore
- 3. Smart Meters for EESL
- We have received orders worth Rs 840 Crore for supply of Single Phase and three phase smart meters. Part of the pre-sale team prepared major part of the tender.
- 4. Aadhaar Seeding enrolment project
- Submitted tender for Tamilnadu government and won order for Aadhaar seeding project for the value of Rs 10 Crore. ITI has secured the order.
- 5. ICT Solutions for Ministry of Urban Development
- ITI has won prestigious order for implementing ICT solutions for collecting feedback from rest rooms in public places across 12 states. Part of the team for proposal preparation, follow up with the customers, Generating MIS reports etc.
