Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling end to end requirement.
• · Sourcing & Screening

Onboarding Specialist

• Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.
• Introducing new hires to their team members.
• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
• Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
• Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
• Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
• Arranging product and company demos and presentations.
• Checking the pre-hire & post-OB candidates finishing the tasks before the time.
• Updating their hire date, OB docs in the tool.
• Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.

Workday System Integration tester

• Conducted end-to-end testing and integration for HR business processes.
• Collaborated with the client for testing the Workday tool.
• Ensured seamless interactions between internal and external systems.
• Validated real data transmission and identified potential issues.
• Conducted both positive and negative testing scenarios.
• Tested the scenarios as Recruiter, Manager & HM.

Req assignment team-Global

• Globally assigning req’s to TAPs
• Interacting with HM & TAP for req correction.
• Cross checking req details completely like HM cost centre & company, Affordability ID, JD format & inbound process.
• Creating evergreen req’s and sharing information with the TAPs for further corrections.
• Closing req once we receive confirmation from the hiring manager.
• Freezing the req if the req’s have no affordability id & 0 available positions.
• Will connect with global team weekly once for doubts, feedback & progress of work.
