ONBOARDING COORDINATOR:

  • Perform checks of pre-joining documents to ensure all onboarding forms are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Distribute Joining Kit and guide new joiners in completing post-joining documents, which includes company mandatory acknowledgments, Nomination Forms, EPF forms, and previous employment details.
  • Create and assign e-codes for new joiners, facilitating smooth access into HRIS.

  • Verify and validate new joiners' Cost to Company (CTC) details with their offer letter, ensuring accuracy for payroll processing.
  • Prepare Welcome Letter for Senior Management joiners.

  • Prepare HR analytics reports and present quarterly data insights to Senior Managers.
  • Prepare compliance trackers for L&D and TA Team.
  • Coordinate with BHRs to verify "SHA" payouts and ensure swift submission to payroll within established timeframe.
  • Collaborate with BHRs to gather PLVB/SI tagging for their respective businesses, update the tracker, and ensure accurate updating of incentive amounts.
  • Prepare and publish goal-setting and appraisal reports for the entire organization, ensuring data is updated and shared twice a week.
  • Manage contract tracker, ensuring the latest contract details and amounts are updated, and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate processing.
  • Verify ESOP shares availability upon request from senior management and also provide the updated active/inactive ESOP list to the vendor team, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Preparation of Branch occupier letter.
  • Update employee profiles within the HRIS to reflect changes in personal information (DOB, Pan No., address etc.)
