Professional Achievements

  • Over 400 BOTs are in production today working on multiple segments of claim processing like (claim processing, rejections, adjustments, IQT creation, etc..) creating an impact over $4Million a month
  • Multiple BOTs were deployed in production to Audit claims processed by users “Audit Automation” which in 2023 reported an impact of $8.59Million in Overpayment and $6.01Million in Underpayment.
  • Designed in house solution with End-to-End automation mindset which helped in improving timelines and reduced human effort (30 FTE).
  • Developed an in house web application INFINI to help track ideas submitted by associates at one place from initiation to execution and deployment to ensure savings reported are matching to savings created and reported to Sr. Leadership for further review and report
  • Deployment of Tableau Dashboard - Leadership reporting was a big aspect which was missing since inception to give Senior Leaders a bird’s eye view on what and how the BOTs are performing, and impact created for conversation with Stake holders.
  • Collaborated with leadership teams from areas like Procurement, Business Ops, OPEX, etc. to design & deliver applications like SIR, INFINI, OneView, etc. under Tech BO partnership to help streamline daily activities performed by associates/management across Carelon
