1). Kaiser - ASG Server Automation (Change Management)

(May 2019 to December 2020)

• Worked on Services Now for creating Standard changes for servers provided by engagement leads.
• Deployed scripts on servers on planned maintenance window, making sure that all stakeholders join call before deployment starts.
• Tracking details of work on excel sheet and ensuring all details are updated on daily basis. Providing updates to all implementation and checking team.
• As change checker End –to-end handled of change from creating standard change based on environments, to assigning tasks to required snow groups , creating implementation plan , adding required maintenance window , checking conflicts , change reviews and change closure.
• As implementer performed discovery for provided servers, logging into servers and taking necessary details required during deployment and creating scripts.
• Starting, stopping and rebooting services running on servers through automation scripts on provided maintenance window.
• Updating APF, SharePoint and deployment status based on deployments done every day.

2). Kaiser –EOG Managed Service (Problem Management)

• Performed root cause analysis to provide resolutions for production issues.

• Evaluated strengths of team members and assessed vacancies to match volunteers with positions.
• Tracked volunteer applications and conducted background checks to facilitate participation in Capgemini's volunteering programs.
• Supported “We Are Your Voice” NGO to provide employment opportunities for more than 300 people with disability.
